How do I post a Job?
Posting a Job has never been easier, simply choose what industry the job is for (this will help match candidates), write a job description, included any licenses or certificates need for the job. Set the amount of workers you need, the shift timings, add a supervisor and post the job.
What if I don't like the Staff I've been sent?
Our staff come already pre-vetted, however if you are still not sure on first glance you can always reject staff. If you accept staff and have any issues with them during shifts, you can assign them to another supervisor. If the situation is ongoing or the staff members behaviour is inappropriate, please inform us immediatley and we can ban them form using the service.
How do I know staff worked the right amount of hours?
All staff are required to sign on and sign off in order to complete their shift. Your supervisors can change adjust these times if needed before sign off on them. In the dashboard you can access timesheets where these information.
Can I message staff to cancel/change a shift?
Absolutely! Your supervisors are always in direct contact with staff via the mobile app. Supervisors can either message staff directly, or broadcast a message to all workers on a certain job.
